Educational Tour– National and international academic tours are organized to expose students to the multiple facets of the corporate world. Visits to Universities and industries in different countries provide a global perspective on their thoughts and action.
Computer/Language Laboratories– Equipped with more than 100 desktops with Core i3 processors, the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled with LAN/WAN. The 10 Mbps leased line provides instant internet access. A Language lab is set up to train and groom Students and make them corporate ready. Besides, every MBA and PGDM students are given a complimentary Laptop.
Out Bound Training– Outbound training is given using outdoor simulated training activities, which helps in handling real-life situations in a corporate organization. This is broadly used to work towards a common objective and helps in inculcating a positive team spirit. Conflict resolution, goal setting, crisis management are some of the advantages of this program. Qualified professionals are invited to conduct these training programs.
Library– ABBS Resource Centre has built on 18,200 Sq. ft. aesthetically designed and well maintained. It has a comprehensive collection of books related to Management Science, Pure Science and other allied subjects to meet the present and future knowledge needs of its students and faculty. It has a total collection of 12171 documents (Books, Projects, and Back Volumes of Journals Etc.), 72 print journals, access to more than 18000 e-journals through online databases and 12 newspapers etc. The library has been equipped to inspire the students and the staff towards the pursuit of knowledge.
The admission policy of ABBS is in complete compliance with the admission norms as set out by Bangalore University, AICTE and Govt. of Karnataka. The admission process ensures fair and transparent methods while admitting students to various courses as offered by the institute.

The Institute considers CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT scores for admissions to its PGDM (equivalent to MBA) programme. Based on merit, candidates who qualify on various parameters (CAT/ MAT etc. scores, graduation scores) will be called for Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Written Test to be held at ABBS Campus and possibly other cities in India.
The admission is based on the following parameters:
Previous Academic Performance – Candidates’ academic performance at the undergraduate level, 12th and 10th levels will be reckoned for consideration for admission.
Written Test – Candidates will be given a situation to assess and give their response. Time allowed for the test will be for a maximum of 15 minutes.
Group Discussion – The group discussion is generally held for about 25 minutes in which a maximum of 10 candidates participate in each group and interact with each other on a given topic. The candidates are evaluated by a panel on their initiative, logical content, group behaviour, communication etc.
Personal Interview – It is a one to one interview between the candidate and a panel for about 10-15 minutes in which a candidate is evaluated on his personality, communication ability, functional knowledge, general awareness, orientation for management course etc.
During personal interview candidate may be asked about his/her background, strengths and weaknesses, career objectives, reasons for joining PGDM (equivalent to MBA) course, subjects studied at undergraduate.
